The processor included in the PC was not an i5-9600 but an i5-9400. there was a 2TB hdd included which is fine but not as described in the add. there was a quadro p1000 included as part of the pc also.

The item was delivered late and broken due to incorrect packaging - in addition tracking information was incorrect. The initial customer support solution was to open a courier 'investigation', overall handling of communication was very poor and focused on delay and divert. I shall not be ordering from this company again.

Item arrived, very well protected and in very good condition. Delivery was delayed by a day (courier ended up in the UK, not Ireland!) but no problem there. I added 16gb RAM and updated the pc, which is all working perfectly out of the box. I'm very happy with the helpful and professional service from BackMarket, who kept me informed at every step. Thanks guys!

After using for few months, I am very happy with the product. Working brilliantly. There was some problem with OS language (originally cane with french pre installed). I contacted the backmarket and they were very very helpful and supportive. I had to locally call someone for fixing the software issue and back market reimbursed the charges. I cannot recommend enough. Ten stars.

Delivery expected in 6 days delivered express in 1 day, it does not seem that the wifi was provided and wifi card plus antenna unpacking. Top from start to finish as always with Back Market!

To Be Honest with the company, I have nothing but positivity to share about my experience. The computer is amazing and I can't believe how cheap I got it. I am just using 5% of the machine's capabilities. Best computer and best company ever.

very good quality mini pc. pre-installed with Windows 11, all i had to do was customise it with a few pieces of software and enjoy this super pc. meets my expectations in terms of performance and aesthetics.

Used Back Market for several items now and every time the quality has always been at least as good as described. This desktop has been no different. Great product, great price, quick delivery, and environmentally responsible too. Superb!

The equipment is very well reconditioned. It is noticeable that the fan of the processor heatsink is not its own, but it fits properly. What I didn't like is that the RAM comes in two 4GB modules so if you want to upgrade you are forced to add two 8GB modules, this was not detailed in the description, also the two modules have different form factor although with the same type of memory and frequency. For the price it has, I value the purchase very positively.
