The item was delivered late and broken due to incorrect packaging - in addition tracking information was incorrect. The initial customer support solution was to open a courier 'investigation', overall handling of communication was very poor and focused on delay and divert. I shall not be ordering from this company again.

The equipment is very well reconditioned. It is noticeable that the fan of the processor heatsink is not its own, but it fits properly. What I didn't like is that the RAM comes in two 4GB modules so if you want to upgrade you are forced to add two 8GB modules, this was not detailed in the description, also the two modules have different form factor although with the same type of memory and frequency. For the price it has, I value the purchase very positively.

The Lenovo ThinkStation P500 arrived in very good condition, except for a small ding on one corner of the case, which is minor and does not affect its performance. Inside, it was in excellent, like-new condition. The performance is incredible: the Xeon E5 processor and 32GB of RAM handle demanding tasks without a problem, and the combination of the 512GB SSD and 2TB HDD provides plenty of speed and space for all kinds of projects. Overall, a very satisfactory purchase. I highly recommend both the device and the Black Market shopping experience."

I bought this (Lenovo ThinkStation P310 MT Core i7 3.4 GHz - SSD 512 GB RAM 32 GB) with misgivings, and, despite not supporting Windows 11, it more than meets my expectations. Its performance is exceptional. I recommend this product to those who are looking for a quality computer and do not require the latest Windows features.

Delivery expected in 6 days delivered express in 1 day, it does not seem that the wifi was provided and wifi card plus antenna unpacking. Top from start to finish as always with Back Market!

Not only were the deadlines met (1 week before Christmas is always a hell of a suspense!) but the reconditioner also made a commercial gesture (for no reason, just to be nice!) of a few extra GB on the computer... that's really cool thanks! The tower works very well. My dad is happy with his Christmas present, thank you! You guys are top notch!

Very fast dispatch, but small problem on arrival, defective hard drive (possibly during transport). I sent it back the next day via the very efficient after-sales service. And 3 days later, the computer was repaired, received, plugged in and in use! Even though there was a false start, the very efficient after-sales service responded quickly to my problem. And very good value for money! A computer-screen-keyboard in very good condition for a very affordable price, and no waste, thank you refurbished!

Refurbished computer that works perfectly well (no bugs, fast etc...) and lives up to expectations (3.2 processor/ ssd/ram16GB hard drive) all for a great price. 2 downsides though: - it doesn't have Bluetooth, contrary to the specifications advertised by the seller. - It has a simple DVD drive, whereas the photos in the advert showed an RW drive/writer. For my purposes, this bothers me a little more, as it was one of the criteria I used when making my choice. I understand that the pictures are not contractual and that I have to make do with them (or rather without them in this case). It's more a problem of Back Market not indicating in the specifications of any PC for sale on the platform whether or not there is a burner in the equipment. That's a shame. Despite everything, the value for money is very good and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Extra! Xeon E5-1620 and 16GB RAM for £95, what more could you ask for? As a senior freelance developer, this machine isn't for gaming... Very happy with this purchase and thanks to the refurbisher! The only problem was that it arrived directly at a pick-up point 20km from my home with a message saying that I wasn't at home, when in fact I was and I couldn't find any delivery note. It's not the seller's fault, so I'm not penalising them, but more and more delivery firms are ripping off deliveries to save time; I've seen this happen for some time now.
