    Overall I am satisfied with this product, however, I have a few minor gripes. 1. The elastic band for holding the cover together broke immediately, it looked like the plastic fastener had previosuly broken and had been glued back together. I just glued it again with some resin and the problem has been solved. If it breaks again, I'll just keep glueing. 2. This isn't a repair issue but more about the product as a whole and so unrelated to BackMarket. While the height and width dimensions are adjustable and work well, the depth is actually quite limiting. My Samsung Galaxy Active 2 is not overly thick but it is a few mm too deep for the lower holsters and so doesn't fit. I taped a chopstick to the bottom of the tablet and now it fits so again, problem solved. The only other thing is that the tablet feels a bit flimsy and the top and bottom halves slide around on eachother when closed, it reminds me of a cow chewing grass, but that is a desing choice rather than a repair-related issue. With those things out of the way, this Folio keyboard is exactly what I was looking for. It lets me use my tablet as a mini laptop and it's really light.     I ordered the Magic Keyboard Folio from BackMarket on the 9th of July, together with the iPad Pro 11 and Apple Pencil. I must say that at first I was afraid that (as the few negative reviews said) the products would not arrive or that they would be damaged or of low quality. Well what can I say: Magic Keyboard arrived together with the iPad a day early, well packaged both and as soon as I opened them they were perfect! Not a single scratch, just a quick wipe and it was literally as good as new, complete with personalised letter and invoice. If you're on the fence about buying here or just looking, trust me it's the best refurbished electronics site around🙏.

    My keyboard came nicely packaged and presented great. I have been using it for just under a month now and there are no functional issues. For a refurbished keyboard, it really came in great condition. My only issue is that although advertised as an English keyboard, if you look at it in the light you will see that it was not originally English and the original printing has been removed and reprinted. I worry about the longevity of the new printing as comparing it to my friend’s original keyboard, there is definitely a difference in feel and quality. It has held up so far.

    As good as new. The only flaw is that it lacks a little paint on the Windows key (although it's even better this way). Best of all: not a speck of dust on it, which sometimes refurbished ones don't come very clean...
