Wrong device provided. Ordered a UK keyboard and got a Swedish keyboard. Very poor. Will not use Back Market again.

This was my first back market order. I have to say my Magic Keyboard is absolutely flawless!! I’m very impressed and my next apple product will definitely be from BM. It came in apple style packaging, the product looks brand new and it arrived via DHL on time here in Portugal!

I bought the Magic Keyboard in good condition supplied by celibri technologies. Honestly it was like new I couldn’t tell the difference not a mark on it and it came in original Apple packaging. Very pleased with the purchase and super customer service and delivery from back market. Thanks

I genuinely couldn’t be happier! I have wanted a Magic Keyboard for a while now and I am so glad I came across Back Market. Mine came in the original packing and honestly if you had told me it was fresh from the Apple Store I would have believed you - no scuffs, marks or signs of use and haven’t had any issues so far and for a fraction of the retail price. I love it! 😄💜

I was very skeptical to order a second hand Magic Keyboard graded in a ‘Fair’ condition and quite honestly a little skeptical about BackMarket. However, once my order was placed, I was kept fully updated on my delivery and had my parcel within a couple of days. I opened my MagicKeyboard and was totally surprised. They keyboard itself is perfect, not one scratch and works amazingly. The box was a little ‘dinged’ and I guess that’s what made it Good condition rather than Excellent. But honestly- I am not bothered at all about the box! I would 100% recommend and will be ordering from here again.
