I have always bought reconditioned phones from Back Market and it has always gone well. I'm disappointed with this order. I bought an iPhone XS in very good condition because one of the selling points was a minimum 85% battery. The device I received showed only 80%. When I try to report this in the help centre, there is no solution, only advice... I would have liked to have been offered a solution or a commercial gesture for this.

I bought the iphone xs in very good condition and with new battery, I have come perfect are no scratches or splashes or anything everything is perfect. Si que tengo que decir que la empresa de mensajeria tardo un poco y el repartidor no me lo entrego a la hora que ponia la empresa, pero bueno si que la bateria no puedo ver la capacidad de la bateria porque l'Iphone no reconoze que es una bateria de Apple pero bueno en todo caso està super bien y por el precio que compre està super bien. I would definitely buy it again 😉😍.

Device in very good condition, works very well. Disappointed, however, by the reconditioning: use of a non-Apple battery and therefore permanent battery problem message in the Settings menu 🤨

The good thing is that it is in very good condition, the bad thing is that so far I haven't found it, it works very well and it is beautiful 🙃

I got an iPhone XS as "very good". I also had the battery replaced at the same time. I'm really impressed with the mobile phone. It really has minimal microcrackers at "very good". I get through the day very well with the new battery. The only thing I would criticise is that it gets a bit warm, but I don't think you can complain about that with a 6-year-old mobile phone with iOS 18. With my iPhone it was just that the speaker is blunt, but I don't have a big problem with that. On the whole: If you want a bit of nostalgia and at the same time a cheap and very good iPhone that still keeps up with today's standards, you won't be disappointed here in any case. :)

Unfortunately, the iPhone displays "Important battery message - Unable to check if this iPhone has an original Apple battery". I am therefore unable to assess the quality/health of this iPhone's battery. This is a shame. For the rest, and in terms of value for money, I'm satisfied. There's virtually no trace of use of the smartphone before it was reconditioned.

I was honestly a little scared cause it was my first time getting a refurbished product and good lord the phone was absolutely beautiful and spotless.It looks brand new like it has never been touched the battery capability was a 100% it came with an actual apple cord and a sim ejector...I highly recommend buying from here cause its really worth it.Thank you back market.
