As well as having a refurbished iPhone 13 256go, and therefore at a lower price, I made a great discovery that the Backmarket site is. Maybe I'll be able to place some orders for household appliances or something else in the future.

The iPhone is well received. However, there is a slight gap next to the ringing and vibrating button, which tells me that the phone is not waterproof and the screen is badly mounted? Otherwise, no problems with use. After almost 4 months of use, the battery is at 89%. When I received it I was at 100%. I've never seen a battery deteriorate so quickly. So the reconditioned, first experience and the last.

Hello, phone received on time, apparently in perfect condition. Very quickly I realised that the phone wasn't charging, I contacted customer service who told me that a repair would take 3 working days, and as I'm a professional and in the middle of the season, I sent it back. I waited more than a week before I finally received a reply telling me that the reconditioner hadn't given me any news and that I would be refunded because it wasn't possible to send a device back to me. I waited more than 5 days for the refund, only to have part of it deducted (€61 from the refund) with the justification that I had obtained a 10% discount code when I bought the device, which is incomprehensible. They then offered to call me back because "I didn't seem to want to understand", but I didn't receive a call as I don't have a phone. In short, I'm very, very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend them. Customer service was very responsive at first, then not at all.

I am 100% satisfied. This is not the first time I have bought a refurbished phone and I am just as satisfied as the first time. The phone has no defects and is as good as new. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and so far everything is fine, especially the battery. Technically, it's a brand new phone that I have in my possession.

The first time I've bought a refurbished product, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Despite a micro-scratch that had no impact on use, I'm still pleased to have been able to buy a phone at a good price and to have made this small gesture for my planet.

Received quickly and in perfect condition. Battery at max 85% however... But above all if you want to change a battery, do it dear Apple because if you change the battery by a refurbisher or in a boui-boui, Apple will not take your phone for replacement or support because it will not be an Apple battery, TO KNOW!

I did not think that reconditioning was so powerful nor of such a good quality I am really happy with this device and astonished that a device of such a good quality is at a price so reason.

Fast delivery is pleasant as well as the quality of the product even the 11% of missing battery I do not feel the product and True to him even a perfect photo quality as well as the fluidity of the device during games video quality is photo is just nickel thank you again I highly recommend. I would like to stress that the refurbished product works like the original but at a much lower price and that makes all the difference.
