omg.. I received my phone today and wow, firstly it was packed well, and secure. secondly it came with a free case. ( winner ) thirdly the phone is in immaculate condition, not a single mark on it, it works perfectly. I am absolutely buzzing, the price was good 👍. more people should shop here for there devices.... why are you not.

I got phone for my daughters upcoming 16th Birthday. I can honestly say the phone looks brand new, no scratches plus I got a protective case which I was not expecting. This was my first purchase after seeing ads online and wont be my last. I must admit I was a little skeptical with buying tech online but all that went away once I received the phone and was very impressed with the quality. I shall definitely recommend anyone to come purchase especially when on a budget its really worth it.

Buying on Backmarket was very straightforward. My iphone13 arrived looking like a brand new phone rather than a refurbished device. Superb service and very speedy delivery. Why buy new when you can get a “like new” refurbished one for less than a quarter of the price? A no brainer in my opinion!

In this instance, the device was immaculate condition, pre-fitted with a screen protector and came with a case and lightning-USB cable and SIM tray tool. Everything needed to start using it straight out of the protective box. The refurbishing company really did a fantastic job :-) The recipient of the device is really pleased with it and I’m happy to help them, while supporting the mission to reduce e-waste.

1st time buying refurbished tech, and I’m not disappointed at all. Battery health 95%, not a single scratch on either side of the iPhone. Came with basic transparent case. Enough until you find your own one. Really happy with overall experience 👍🏼

Arrived in excellent condition, looked brand new. Fast delivery, came with a protective case and charging cable. 87% battery as I didn’t pay for new battery. Overall I’m really happy to have bought refurbished; better for the planet and better for my pocket!

However, the items arrived ahead of schedule and were expertly packed for shipment. The iPhone was In immaculate condition with handy aide memoir providing information about transferring data from old phone to new and included a USB-C charging cable. Thank you for a quality used product at a very competitive price. Although not yet in use and time will tell this product could easily pass for brand new.
