The item arrived very quickly and works very well. I received a black one instead of the silver one I ordered but that didn't really matter, the main thing is that the condition is excellent for a reconditioned item.

I am very satisfied with my third order from back market. The phone was for my mum and she is delighted. You really are the pros when it comes to reconditioning. However, when it comes to returning phones, you need to improve because there are too many negative reviews on the internet, so I'd rather not try.

The phone will have lasted 3 years and a half following a shock, I had to clean the loading dock 8 months ago (15 balls) with a service provider. I would recommend this product. Refurbished iPhone 7 which has lasted longer than a new laptop.

However, I am having problems with the MacBookPro number C02CL1F4LVDM that I bought from you previously. Sometimes it has trouble restarting and has to go through Apple Support's automatic help. I don't really understand why....
