I am very satisfied with my third order from back market. The phone was for my mum and she is delighted. You really are the pros when it comes to reconditioning. However, when it comes to returning phones, you need to improve because there are too many negative reviews on the internet, so I'd rather not try.

Happy with iPhone 7 in perfect condition works great. Only negative would be and advisable to post better. Slightly wrapped in bubblewrap in a box moving around and getting thrown around post vans then watched postman throw in my cupboard on the ground. Thankfully screen was ok. Thanks again will defo use a 3rd time

The phone arrived promptly, perfectly packaged and signed for. After unpacking, I discovered my iPhone 7, an older model, nickel-plated and almost as good as new, except for a 73% chargeable battery, but given the price, it would be hard to complain. I was able to recover via the cloud the whole of the same model that I damaged. So I'll be able to wait a while longer before buying a newer model. Thank you Back Market and I look forward to my next purchase.
