I jumped at the chance when I saw a tablet in 'perfect condition' for the same price as one in 'fair condition' from other retailers on the app. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Delivered the day after I ordered, no visible defects and works perfectly. Delivered in its original box, with the stylus and the complete charger (cable + case). They even gave me a protective shell with it! Absolutely adorable. Its only fault will be its colour (I had no choice but to get it in blue) but this little detail won't stop me enjoying it to the full! 100% recommended

I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊

Very good. I'd sold the Tab S7 fe I'd bought from Amazon, which I wasn't happy with because the screen wasn't AMOLED. By buying the S7 again, but in its '+' form, I've gained in processor speed and screen beauty. Amoled at last!

good condition fast delivery but no stylus, no charger and no quick start guide. other competitors include this even in refurbished condition

Item was in good condition and delivery was fast. However, I paid for a Galaxy Tab S7+ WiFi + 5G (SM-T976), but the item I received was Wifi-only (SM-T970). I didn't realise this until more than 30 days after my purchase, so couldn't exchange. I've learnt my lesson: remember to check the Model Name of the item you receive against the one you wanted to buy!

Excellent product. Tested for more than a week and works very well, the battery holds the charge well. Original S-pen present. No noticeable scratches on either the frame or the screen. Supplied with 20W charger (not original). Good packaging.

Device received as described (as new). Even if you look closely, it's hard to tell it's reconditioned. Very happy with my first experience with BackMarket.

Tablet works like new. Even after almost two years, I don't notice any signs of ageing. The only "flaw" is a fine, long scratch on the display. However, this does not interfere with use and is no longer visible at all after applying a protective film. Traces of use on the back have also disappeared after applying a protective cover. It's absolutely worth it for the big discount.
