I bought a refurbished Google Pixel smartwatch from Back Market about 10 days ago. I was a little suspicious about the site (there's a clue in the name!), but to my amazement, the watch arrived two days later (from Hamburg in Germany) to Galway Ireland. It was perfectly packed in the original Google packaging, and it was indistinguishable from new - perfect in every way. I am very pleased with my purchase, and unlike other buyers, I will say - this is NOT a scam website - but completely legitimate. Full marks to Back Market - I will most certainly buy again from Back Market 100% legitimate. Ray O'Connor, Galway Ireland.

Phone came in excellent condition - as promised! i was a little nervous about getting a refurbished foldable, but as soon as i got my hands on it i realized i was worried over nothing. The delivery time was also impressively quick :)

Ordered on Wednesday evening, the package arrived on Friday morning from Germany to Dublin! Although the phone was rated as 'very good', I would swear it was brand new - it was that well serviced! I waited a week or so to get used to the phone before leaving a review but I have had no issues with it, especially the battery life which lasts easily into a second day - great service all round!

Could not fault or complain once about fold 5 I got. Great service and great support ,will shop again and tell friends.

Phone was described as new with little or no marks. That's how it arrived. Postage just took a couple of days. Overall very good experience.

It was graded as excellent but there were small rips on the fabric so it should of graded as good. Other than that everything else was perfect. Free, fast shipping and well cared package.

its for Chrimbo - so not given it to them but looks awesome - not a mark on it Looked graet and performed well, untill the inside screen stopped working - after contacting support we were told that "as the screen is blank you have voided the warranty" was a bit surprised by this and was told to send it back and they would "Have a look" not good considering the cost of this device - contacted Samsung and was advised it would be picked up and was repaired and sent back as it was still under Manufacture Warranty - so although initial contact was good this would prevent me from buying from Back Market again in the future

I was/am very impressed with the company and the Nikon D750 I bought. When I opened the box I got the feeling I had bought a new camera! I checked out the camera and everything works the way I would expect. Delighted so far. Communication with the company was great too. Definitely trust them on a second purchase.
