I have ordered two phones from backmarket and I have been very happy with what I had received. I ordered a MacBook in good condition expecting similar results and I have been let down. The MacBook has three very big and very noticeable discolourations on the back of it. (These could be burns, exposure to some damaging chemical or anything and it really ruins the appearance making it blatantly obvious it isn’t anywhere near new. I don’t have time to send it back and go 6 days without a laptop as I am in college so I am very disheartened and don’t know if I can rely on backmarket in the future. However on the upside the laptop works like new and serves its purpose but if I wanted a laptop to serve its purpose I would have gotten a €200 hp computer. But no I did it to flex and look wealthy the same reason everyone buys a MacBook, and I have come out quite the fool. I am not asking for a new computer or a refund as I don’t have the time, I am just asking for forgiveness and acknowledgment that I have been betrayed by a once dear friend of mine.

The Macbook Pro arrived in great condition. However, I could not use it. I kept getting an error message about a critical update that could not be installed. I could not set up the machine properly. This macbook was not tested properly prior to being shipped and I will be returning it for a full refund.

Never received an extra controller even tho the product description says 2 controllers . Contacted customer support said only sold with one controller .

The packaging was bad and the battery dont last long as excellent it suppose to work like new 🤦🏾‍♂️
