S20 is as good as new and arrived in good time. It has a very accurate touchscreen,compared to other smartphones. On the negative side, the battery's not great, some apps were missing, including an SMS service, My Files is hidden, and you can't close recent items (apps) individually

I ordered this in the "good" condition class but it looks brand new - not a scratch or mark anywhere! Will shop here again.

Phone arrived before estimated delivery date and was absolutely in pristine condition. Very happy with purchase and will be back to shop again!

I had the very bad idea of wanting to change refurbished supplier, I'm on the 4th phone exchange... I'm waiting for their umpteenth phone to arrive tomorrow... Since then I've come back to backmarket, my s20 works perfectly. I buy all my phones with you, I've had proof that you're the best!

This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

I had some doubts at first as I have never bought a refurbished one, but I changed my mind, despite being in good condition the phone had no visible scratches but the back cover only had colour defects. Only in the box was the phone protected but it danced.Bye and see you next time.
