S20 is as good as new and arrived in good time. It has a very accurate touchscreen,compared to other smartphones. On the negative side, the battery's not great, some apps were missing, including an SMS service, My Files is hidden, and you can't close recent items (apps) individually

Agreeably surprised with the phone, you live the same experience as for a new phone. I feel I did a great deal not to spending fortune to upgrade my previous note 10. I'm sure, I'll be back for my next upgrade.

HORRIBLE. bought a phone from them. 3 months later it broke (no mobile data, no longer charging) when i contacted them they said the phone was 'excluded from warranty' but gave ZERO DETAILS WHY. Refused to repair, replace or refund. Offered me a 5% discount on buying another one of their sh*t phones. Cannot reccommend - buy with someone who will actually solve your issue, it will not be Backmarket. So much stress, so much wasted time. totally useless. Buy somewhere else.
