On the back market and retail side, everything is perfect. The buying experience, the tracking, the condition of the phone, the packaging, the service. Everything was perfect. The only downside was the UPS delivery, which turned out to be a bit shaky (the delivery man turned round because of the building work in front of me, the address of the depot could not be found on the UPS website and I had to search the internet to find the right information). Fortunately the depot was impeccable. In any case, I'll be buying phones from the site again in the future.

I'm not the greatest expert, I don't know anything about technology, I'm a craftsman. The main thing is that it works. I don't think the camera is that good, or I can't use it properly. I'm honest. I'm not so happy with the quality of the pictures, maybe it's my cluelessness. I am sorry.

Device in very good condition, fast shipping. The device officially has a dual-sim system, but you can't use this if you also use an SD card. The provider and backmarket are not responsible for this, but the mobile phone is therefore not usable for me as planned. Maybe you can add the information as a service with the model...
