apart from the fact that it's light blue and not green (but so beautiful that my daughter finally preferred this colour) nothing to say it's really top notch. fast delivery and quality device, so far we've been won over.

For a reconditioner it is very good, it works perfectly, the charge holds very well, the features are perfect ..... The only downside is that this phone has a screen that has 2 tiny fart not embarrassing but it was not specified!

received a superb phone (orange). Like new, no visual defects, I think I selected "very good condition" when I bought it. Buying reconditioned phones allows me to have phones that I couldn't buy new and to do a little bit for the planet. No worries so far, the battery is in top condition. Delivered with a cable for charging and a small key to open the compartment containing the sim card and SD card.

Impeccable, I had an old A5 2017 which still works very well but is too limited in storage with all the applications we're forced to have for all sorts of things... and I didn't really want to spend too much money on changing it. So my backmarket S10 is really superb and well done to you for the impeccable condition of my new phone, with 128g + 256g of memory I now have enough to do! Thank you so much. Laurent.

It's in good condition, no scratches, the screen is perfect, but twice it turned itself off and then back on again, so I had to reset the pin code. I'll keep an eye on it and contact you if necessary.

Very good, only charges a little slowly (1h45 full charge), as the battery was reconditioned.

Mobile phone like new, unfortunately I had it fitted with armoured glass straight away and only realised afterwards that it should have been calibrated for the fingerprint beforehand. Maybe someone will learn something from my mistake ...
