Hello, I bought a Galaxy s9 from you because at one of your competitors the battery wasn't in great shape (we suddenly went from 13% to 0%), I have the same problem with yours. I don't want to go through everything again (return, account transfer, etc, etc) but it's very disappointing to see that batteries don't seem to be checked before sales. Especially as this seems to me to be the basis of the concept of reconditioning. Anyway, have a nice day

A little disappointed by the battery which really doesn't last, even reconditioned I would have thought it would last more than a day even though I only use the phone to surf from time to time (no games).

This is the 4th refurbished smartphone I have purchased and this time too I was satisfied with both the delivery time and the item delivered. If I really have to find a small fault, the battery performance is not the best.

received a superb phone (orange). Like new, no visual defects, I think I selected "very good condition" when I bought it. Buying reconditioned phones allows me to have phones that I couldn't buy new and to do a little bit for the planet. No worries so far, the battery is in top condition. Delivered with a cable for charging and a small key to open the compartment containing the sim card and SD card.

Acceptable" price without being the bargain of the century. Good looks Seems to work well (not much recoil) Genuine European S21 5G, and not a US model that doesn't fully work in France (many unscrupulous sellers sell them again because buyers don't necessarily know how to check the phone reference in the settings). We'll have to see in 1 year if the battery still works properly, which is the big unknown in these refurbished purchases. In short, satisfied!

The condition of the phone is impeccable, like new. My old phone was already refurbished, so I wasn't worried. I was dreading giving up my Samsung S7 but I don't regret it at all. I love the S8! I haven't lost anything, everything works the same, only better ;) (except for the misplaced fingerprint recognition)

I bought a screen protector. It won't fit on it. Is it because it's refurbished?

Delivery on time. Package well packed. The laptop corresponds to the description. I have recommended the site to others because I like the idea of being able to buy reconditioned and receive a good quality product.
