nice fast printing

Paris on Friday 12 April 2024. Bonjour Madame, Bonjour Monsieur, I have received my Brother HL-L6400DW printer. It is connected via USB to my MAC. I didn't need to install the driver, it immediately recognised the printer model. I was able to print on both sides of a document with very different font heights. The result is good, I would even say very good. Nothing to complain about in terms of quality. It's excellent. It's true that the toner has a third of its life left before it needs replacing, and the counter stands at 5,711 printed pages. I think that the printer is at the beginning of its life because the drum is designed for 50,000 pages of use. This is the first time I've ordered second-hand equipment and I'm surprised by the quality of the reconditioning. My old printer had finally given up and I wanted a similar printer. I don't use it that much and I am not that IT savvy so wanted something I felt comfortable with. Luckily for me a search turned up BackMarket and they had the exact model, reconditioned and in excellent condition. It is working perfectly and was a very good price too!

This is not the first time that we have purchased a refurbished device from Back Market. I've wanted the Brother MFC-L3770CDW for a long time. It's simply far too expensive when new. Back Market had it for -30% including shipping. Item condition: Device bought in "excellent" condition. The document counter was at "0000021", toner and drum condition at 100%. No scratches, so the machine is as good as new. Scope of delivery: Device came in the Spain variant. Display language Spanish (no hay problema) Operating instructions in ES/P/I, no documentation in D or E. Driver CD, power cable, USB printer cable, NO telephone cable. Packaging and shipping: Came in original packaging from South Spain. Delivery with UPS smoothly, 7 days, tracking through 3 countries, everything top. Box showed some pressure marks and holes after the journey, without affecting the device. Miscellaneous: Toner cartridges were installed in the device (!), transport locks (if there is such a thing) were not present (?). Cartridges no longer fitted 100%, so that the device rattled loudly. I purchased this not knowing what to expect from a refurbished printer but was extremely impressed with it when delivered. It looks like brand new and came with ink and laptop lead which I wasn’t expecting. Delivery was super quick and packaging was very good. So pleased with this that I have now ordered another item. Would definitely recommend this site without hesitation. From ordering to delivery I was kept fully updated and received a voucher towards another purchase. Very impressed.

Everything we needed was in the box, including ink cartridges and helpful advice from the company that refurbished the printer. And the printer itself is exactly as we'd hoped for, and all for a very good price.

I was a bit dubious about ordering a refurbished printer, but I could not be happier. The printer came super quickly and it is in perfect condition. I’m happy that I saved money and also did my bit to save the planet by buying refurbished instead of it going into landfill.

I have to be honest...I have always been sceptical about refurbished products....but after this purchase I had to change my mind completely. The printer works great and in the package they even put a new cartridge and photo paper (not expected). On top of that, 12 months warranty... what more could you ask for? After this I bought a smartphone but I haven't put it to use yet because it's a gift, but just so at first glance I know I got a bargain and above all helped to reduce waste.

It came in the original box with the ink cartridges, not a scratch on it. It works great, very happy with the product.
