You didn’t take my VAT number so I paid Spanish vat which I can’t reclaim

Item in excellent condition and received earlier than expected - nothing to say

Positive: Good restoration for a machine released by Brother in 2008, despite its high price. Machine well protected by its packaging and functional. Negative: I cleaned it completely with the help of the user manual and when I got to the drive belt and the toner collection tray, I found that these two elements as well as the bottom of the machine were very dirty. When I cleaned these three parts, I found that they were clogged with black toner powder that was very difficult to remove. At this price, I would have expected everything to be spotless. Overall: Satisfactory on the whole, the machine is functional, but in English (with no possibility of switching to French despite software and firmware upgrades) and not fully cleaned. I would recommend it for a machine that is so old (thanks and hats off to Brother) and fully functional.

It works perfectly, you even delivered it with a toner mounted, I don't know how much ink it will have left... but I am very satisfied with the purchase!!!

Excellent machine that replaced the same one that had broken down electronically after 5 years of good and loyal service, while I still had a stock of ink cartridges. The only small detail was that it was impossible to put the controls in French (English blocked by the previous user). Delivery OK, very well protected machine. Very satisfied with this printer.

It's a shame that the advert says colour laser and that when you open the cover you can only fit one black toner.

We've used it once and it worked! But we'd like to extend the warranty, how do we go about it? Thank you

This printer is ideal for our bicycle department (body scanner) - we also give our various devices a second chance!

At the moment it's going great and we're giving it a lot of work. Everything is great. I hope it lasts a long time. Great value for money.
