There was no memory card, lense cap or camera case with it. I thought these were essentials that would be included.

I have to be honest...I have always been sceptical about refurbished products....but after this purchase I had to change my mind completely. The printer works great and in the package they even put a new cartridge and photo paper (not expected). On top of that, 12 months warranty... what more could you ask for? After this I bought a smartphone but I haven't put it to use yet because it's a gift, but just so at first glance I know I got a bargain and above all helped to reduce waste.

Very happy with the camera. You can tell it's used, the keys are a bit worn and the screen dances a bit. But it works great, I just got back from a great trip and I'm more than happy with the photos I took with it. I will continue to subscribe to the reconditioned ones, they seem to me to be the best option.

The camera was impeccable, like new, it arrived immediately and the truth is that it fully meets my expectations. The gift was for someone who wants to start in photography and I think it is the right camera without being a reflex camera, the manual mode gives many options to experiment and the lens is quite powerful. Camera is in surprisingly good condition, and judging by the wear and tear a bit used. The package contained only the camera and strap, battery and charger. The battery was poor, lasting only 15 minutes of use. I ordered a new battery from my home country mainly for the warranty. Fortunately I found the other missing parts cheaply in China. The picture quality is good, but in too bright an ultraviolet lens probably helps. The seller sent the package quickly but the post was surprisingly slow. It's worth checking the seller's reviews before ordering. I'll give five-point tip because there are so many camera models. I recommend using the AI (there are several models) to help you make your choice. I wanted to take pictures birds with a cheap camera to start with, as I have no experience with digital system cameras. I was able to make the right choice with the help of AI. Simply you ask: I want to photograph birds at a maximum distance of 30 meters. Now you add the camera models to the list so, the AI provides the appropriate camera models with evidence. it's a jewel of a camera and well supplied by Back Market the problem with this kind of camera is that a serious error codeERROR E:62:10 stabilistor can occur dei points to the breakage of a cable to the stabiliser in the lens.Takes prefect photos really great but preferably I would send it back or trade it in for another kind of camera the security is a bit off.But that's certainly not BackMarket's fault Best regards Robbie de Vries

I bought a unit in a "good" condition. It survived the delivery and upon inspection, it looks basically brand-new. I didn't find any scratches, the display does not have any artifacts, and the lens is not scratched up either. Apart from the body and lens, in the package arrived: - a Canon EOS neck strap - a battery - a battery charger - lens cap - type Mini-B cable (for PC connection) The device works perfectly. Regarding delivery (does not affect my rating of this product): The package was shipped quickly and would have arrived sooner than anticipated but due to some unforeseen logistical issues with my local courier, the package arrived exactly on the anticipated date.
