When I ordered the product it arrived on time except that the product did not hold the charge so I sent it back for repair after 2 good months of waiting because of loss at the post office. It decided to send me back a new one (hurray) and that worked super well for barely 1 year today the product recharges but impossible to switch it on or off. I've been waiting for a new one to be sent back to me, and it worked great for about 1 year.
