I was very pleased with the quality of the product, it is in good condition and almost as good as the quality criteria as there is a nice deep scratch on the side, but also the device received is not the right colour we are on a midnight blue and not a metallic blue as on the site. It's a shame, we really wanted it anyway...

Problem-free ordering and delivery. The phone works, but is sometimes a little slow: it can freeze for a few minutes when you launch an application.

No worries about delivery on time. That's all for now. I haven't put it into service yet.

Impeccable overall appearance. The battery holds a charge very well. The "photo" section doesn't perform as well as on my old Redmi 9 (no panoramic screen...) and it also seems slower (but that could have other causes...).

Very good value for money for a phone in excellent condition. Delivery on time. Original packaging present. Note that the carrier does not hesitate to "throw" the package over the gate ... Perhaps a packaging accordingly. But this is not the fault of Back Market. Very happy with my purchase.
