Got a call to inform me that the colour I had chosen, was not working properly. They offered a full refund or black one instead. It came the next day, in excellent condition, safely packaged. I would highly recommend back market as a great way to get top notch tech at super cheap pricing.

I am very happy with this smartphone. but not with the deliveryman because he put the phone in a letterbox when normally it is delivered against signature and moreover he put it in a bad letterbox fortunately I have nice neighbours in short satisfied with back market and very disappointed with the delivery company

So far it has been a few days since the purchase, but the assessment is very positive. The phone looks like new, not a scratch on it! The battery works like a shot. I'm a tinkerer and it holds my pace without a problem. Until today I have never been able to drain it in a day. The sound is clear, the internet connection is fast and the camera is amazing. I confess that this is my main motivation because I love photography but I don't always have my camera with me when I see something fascinating and having a phone with a good camera saves the day! On the downside, it's difficult to establish a bluetooth connection with the handsfree in the car. And, to put another one, if it weighed a little less it would be perfect. But, to be honest, calling it POCO is a bit too small for it. Because it is a gigantic mobile for an average user. I couldn't be happier!

The phone is as good as new, the delivery is very fast and it works like a charm. It's the second one I've bought (the first was an iPhone XR, all the same perfect) and after the good experience, I do not consider buying a mobile phone first hand. 100% satisfied with the purchase.
