Ordered in excellent condition and box was a bit damaged but didn’t really mind that. Console itself was a bit dusty on the inside and did come with an Xbox One controller which is very weird and annoying but the console itself runs well

Didn’t receive item once I had sent it off to be repaired but it wasn’t the refurbisher’s fault nor backmarket’s. Purchase process was smooth and delivery was arranged very fast. When the item hadn’t been redelivered back to them they still issued a refund the same day. Very happy with the customer service & support even if I didn’t receive the item.

Works perfectly, looked neat. Came in the original box.

I was worried at first, because I couldn't get my laptop to recognise the Xbox, as I play in Remote Play, but I noticed that I'd handled it wrong after a while. The console works great! Zero problems!

The package arrived and was well packaged and the console is like new the truth that very happy with the shipment and the condition of the console I recommend it.

Everything works perfectly. 0 noises and very good performance in general. Very good. The controller works perfectly and the cables are all perfect. Defective box but very well packed. In terms of external appearance, it meets the "excellent" condition perfectly, as it has a couple of very superficial and almost imperceptible scratches. However, I have to give it 4 stars, as it was very dirty (in particular, it literally had a very large lint inside the console that I had to remove, the internal and external parts were very dusty and the fan was very very dirty). I understand that reconditioned doesn't have to mean clean, but since internal parts are checked there is absolutely nothing wrong to spend 5 minutes cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol. For the rest everything was great.

Excellent product, arrived in perfect condition, both the console and the joystick work very well, according to my daughter the latter is very well calibrated. Very serious site and precise shipping with perfect traceability. I will definitely keep it in mind for other purchases.
