I am very disappointed, this has never happened to me with backmarket. The phone has not been reconditioned properly, it arrived dirty, with a trace of dust around the camera as if I had just removed a protective shell. Proof that even the cleaning hadn't been done. The phone is very slow and the touch doesn't always respond. Sometimes I click and nothing happens. I have to press the screen saver button and try again, but sometimes I have trouble entering the code to unlock it. Sometimes it goes to black screen with the time and doesn't respond for several minutes. Sometimes I get an "application not responding" error message and it shuts down. A real pain.
