Franchement je suis ravie. Ne voulant pas payer un neuf, car trop cher pour moi, celui-ci est l'avant dernier modèle et il est super. Il m'accompagne tous les jours à mes différentes recettes. Rien ne vaut le top du top du robot cuisiner, le thermomix

Je suis très contente de mon achat. La livraison a été rapide et le produit HYPER bien emballé ! J’ai rencontré quelques problèmes de connections, que j’ai réglé en appelant le service client Thermomix. Mon appareil était toujours relié à l’ancien propriétaire. Depuis que ce soucis est réglé, tout est parfait. Tout les accessoires fonctionnent parfaitement. Je suis vraiment ravie.

LIVRAISON : OK DANS LES TEMPS, TOUT S'EST BIEN PASSÉ APPAREIL : NICKEL, PROPRE, FONCTIONNEL LIVRÉ EN EXCELLENT ÉTAT. SEULE LA SPATULE EST ABIMÉE MAIS CE N'EST PAS GÉNANT. C'EST JUSTE DOMMAGE. PLUS D'UN AN APRÈS L'ACHAT TOUJOURS EN ETAT DE FONCTIONNEMENT SANS ENCOMBRE.MERCI

Thermomix TM5 acheté en très bon état. Envoi et réception rapide, tout était dans la boîte, rien à dire sur l’état, utilisé mais nickel. On L’ut depuis 15 jours et on est super contents. Top!

Article reçu sale et loin du grade « très bon état » commandé. La lame de mon Thermomix est rouillée, avec des …restes alimentaires du précédent propriétaire !!! L’écriture « Vorwerk » est passée. Et la spatule manquante. Sans parler des rayures qui sont largement visibles à + de quelques mètres de distance ! C’est inadmissible. Achat à près de 700€. Le vendeur RENUEVO n’a jamais répondu ; BackMarket ne m’a proposé que 40€ en guise de « dédommagement ». Léger. Je ne recommande pas ce reconditionneur. Extrêmement décevant !
