Ulefones are very solid, the proof: I thought it had fallen into the sand and was no longer working. No, it didn't ;) The screen stayed black over the weekend, so I ordered another one ... And now I'm waiting for the older one to give up for good! Super salesman who gave me time to make up my mind, without any difficulty, THANK YOU!

Battery life is 2 days, without heavy use. Product is in good shape.

I've had this phone for just under a year. I've already had 4 different breakdowns on 2 new phones. The touch screen no longer responds (so the phone is unusable). The entire phone stopped responding for several hours. The microphone doesn't work and finally, the phone doesn't pick up any network. I'd like to point out that the second phone, received after the first was taken back under warranty (declared irreparable by the brand), only took 15 days before its microphone went dead and it could no longer pick up any network. This tells us all about the very poor reliability of the product and the very low standards set by the brand when it comes to production. If you're looking to reduce your environmental impact with sustainable products, you'd better get a move on. Please note: This phone is sold as new, but without the manufacturer's warranty. You'll only get the backmarket warranty, which doesn't cover waterproofing or shocks... even though that's the main argument the brand puts forward for this model. A detail on the star rating: To make sure the device gets a bad rating, I have to put all the sliders down. But in reality, it's not the battery, the appearance or the accessories that are the problem, it's simply that it breaks down very quickly and permanently.
