Hello phone received in good condition and quickly as indicated. However, it was missing the waterproof protection that closes the connection for recharging the phone. This little piece of plastic prevents water and dust from getting into the phone, which is really important when you buy an unbreakable phone that is supposed to be waterproof (IP68). By change we bought exactly the same phone so we were able to dismantle the old one. A detail that isn't a detail at all and that really needs to be taken seriously.
