Excellent product, very good battery life for this watch.

The condition stated was "like new" and this does not reflect the one I got, it is more like used, there are disgusting stains on the charging cable which make the straps absolutely disgusting.

The seller is incredibly dishonest. The support from Backmarket was sometimes good and sometimes terribly off the mark. The watch started to heat up and vibrate constantly after a shower, and then it wouldn't turn on. I returned it during the free trial period, but unfortunately things didn't work out as claimed on the website. I was only refunded after several weeks of back and forth, sometimes harsh and sometimes incomprehensible discussions: First I was told that the seller did not accept returns under warranty. I complained, of course, because the watch was returned within the first 30 days of purchase. Then I was offered a promo code at almost half price... not an option for me obviously. I was then told that traces of oxidation had been discovered inside the watch and that this was proof of misuse... They simply forget that the watch is supposed to be IP68 waterproof. I was then given the seller's email address and asked to contact him. I refused because I hadn't bought a thing in his shop... In the end, they gave up and decided to give me my money back, which they should have done from the start as good resellers.
