Soundbar Sonos Playbase - Black

Very good in principle, except... (see below) Hi, The purchase process and dispatch were absolutely problem-free and easy to manage. The Palybase was delivered in the original packaging including power cable and optical cable (description was unfortunately missing). therefore the connection with the existing Sonos system only worked the 3rd time ;) I've been using the Sonos Playbase for about 10 days now. Optics and sound are TOP. The operation via the Sonos app sometimes has its pitfalls... all users will know. But what really bothers me - hence not the full score - is that the Playbase does not accept or recognise the remote control of my SONY Bravia... It's just tedious to have to adjust the volume with a second remote control while watching a film. Another unpleasant thing is that the volume sometimes changes without any action on my part... I'll have to keep an eye on this - maybe it's also due to the wifi All the best and LG Karl
