Sony WH-1000XM4 noise-Cancelling wireless Headphones with microphone - Black

So much better than all the other headphones I've tested up to now, the noise reduction is impressive, but doesn't generate as much 'pressure' in the ears as similar models from other brands, and the sound is of a rare quality.

Headphones arrived just as described and work perfectly. I was worried battery life might be an issue on a refurb/second hand pair of wireless headphones, but I shouldn't have been. Great performance, incredible sound quality, the ANC is top tier and the price was unreal. Super happy with them.

The headphones were delivered quickly and in excellent conditions. I'm really happy with my purchase, they're making a huge difference for me in crowded and loud environments!

Became defective and returned after 1 month - would not connect via bluetooth/VFC to multiple devices

Being a regular customer, I was very disappointed with the quality of service that Back Market offered me for this purchase. The item was supposed to be in perfect condition but instead the product arrived with traces of grease on both earpieces and a strong smell as if it had already been worn for some time. I'm all for buying second-hand/refurbished to limit our over-consumption of new products and waste, but this will be the last time I buy from you, so I might as well buy new in that case (unfortunately).

The helmet was sold as being in "Perfect condition" but there is a tear on it. I'm not going to send it back because it seems to work very well and it's hardly noticeable, but I find it more than borderline for the price I paid!
