Sony WF-1000XM3 Earbud Noise-Cancelling Bluetooth Earphones - Black

I have no opinion, the ones I received don't work.... for refurbished items, that's not great. Yet I tried and tried again but to no avail... I don't understand why the headphones weren't tested and checked by the refurbisher before being put back into circulation; they would have noticed. Maybe I'll have better luck with the replacement pair I requested. I can understand for small devices like these, but please really test them before validating them and putting them up for sale on Backmarket. Regards

I can't talk about it because the first set of headphones didn't work, I sent them back asking for an exchange which was done, I received the second set of headphones and they didn't work either. Cosmetically, the first set was in good condition but the second set was very damaged. I'm disappointed because, in my opinion, the reseller didn't test the headphones before putting them back on Backmarket. I asked for a refund...

The product didn't work, I had to send it back and I really hope to be fully reimbursed. I'm quite disappointed.

bad, they didn't work, one of them wouldn't charge unless you fiddled with it a lot, and even then the blue power light never came on, nor could it connect to Bluetooth.

The interface is great, they are fully configurable, they are comfortable to wear and they sound really good even without using an equalizer! The microphone is also of good quality. I've been using them for a while now and I'm very happy with the way they work, and I'm very happy with the way they work. The packaging and delivery are top notch!

The earbuds are fantastic even though they are marked as being in "Good" condition. You'd think they are new as the sound quality in Music and Voice, emanating from them is top scale. They keep the charge for long hours and the magnetic portable charger case is works treats to keep thing going for hours on end.

Came dirty and completely broken... I couldn't charge it or turn it on.
