The insurance is a pain. Last time, I just left it alone with the protective cover. It's actually only available for iPhones and one other brand. I did get a refund, but it's still stupid. Very good condition and very fast delivery. Positive: Delivery without bits and pieces such as charger, earbuds, etc. But: The XZ is available in versions with one SIM card + uSD card, and with two SIM cards and no uSD. It wasn't entirely clear which one I got -- I only discovered after I bought it. I'm very happy with my phone particularly because the Sony Xperia xz is an old model that they don't make any more. I didn't want a brand new phone as I don't want this new technology. The service was very quick and the phone is in very good condition apart from a couple of scratches on the back. The only problem was that I had to use my credit card to buy the phone?? Not sure why it wouldn't accept my debit card. The other issue is the battery doesn't last long at all. I didn't think of this when I bought the phone.
