Hello I am completely satisfied with my purchase, which lived up to my expectations, and with Backmarket's service, speed, efficiency and friendliness, although I was initially sceptical about the reconditioned product, but I was reassured when all was said and done.

To sum up. Everything goes 100 %. I am satisfied with the purchase. I have other mobiles of better range. But I wanted one lighter and less bulky and responsive. I don't want it for games. I have been right with the purchase.

The item is perfect. As described. However, I have a network problem. I can't connect to the Internet without Wi-fi. I don't know whether this is due to the phone or a setting.

Top reconditioned perfect even better than expected I recommend this is my 5th expensive phone back market and always delighted.

I bought this for my son. He's very happy with his first smartphone and I'm very happy with the refurb and the price.

Overall, very satisfied, very inexpensive, very fast delivery, equipment in good condition, still some defects, possible overheating, trouble reading the micro sd, but otherwise niquel, and for less than 70 euros too must say, for 32 gigabytes.
