The product is totally outdated in terms of memory, processor and battery life. It was for a person who had never used a smartphone before and just over 6 months later, we were forced to buy another smartphone just to support the operating system. It was chosen because of personal experience with a previous model that was supposed to be durable and reliable. However, this turned out to be a lousy purchase, for that price it was better to buy a new phone like the Xiaomi A9.
