This will be the 3rd phone I have ordered from Back Market. I love this site. The phones are in better condition than advertised. The Sony that I ordered was described as Fair. When it arrived, which can I say was the very next day was in absolute brilliant condition, as were the other 2 phones. I am planning to purchase a Samsung S series later in the year as I am.leaving the UK and want a good phone before I leave and believe me. I will be purchasing it from Back Market. My phone started getting fat (battery issues!), finally splitting the case... Repair was involved and costly; a replacement phone was the cheaper option. These splendid people (Back Market) sent me the identical model in excellent condition; my daughter helped me transfer everything across. I now have an as-new phone for less than the cost of repair. The phone was in better condition than expected - only a tiny hairline scratch or two. Packaged really well with no extras that I didn't need. Phone was half charged so very easy to set up. This was a replacement for my phone (same model) that I had for four years so I am very happy with the price and the service! This is my first time with backmarket but will spread the word!
