Sony Xperia 5 IV 128GB - White - Unlocked

Bought to replace similar model bought new last year for my wife, which was been damaged when accidently dropped. new device is operating as same as previous model, and wife could not be happier. Thank you for prompt delivery.

I've had the phone for two weeks and so far I'm completely satisfied. When it arrived, it came in perfect condition - I would have thought it was new - and the set up process was completely normal for an Android phone. The phone works as expected, no nasty surprises so far, though it is still early days. I was very happy with the ordering process, and really pleased that I got this model of phone, which is increasingly difficult to find (plus it's really sad Sony isn't continuing the 5 series at all), and pleased that I got it for a decent price. I can see myself ordering my next phone through Back Market, provided that this one holds up.

Quick and intuitive to use. I've been using Sony mobile phones for a very long time, I'm a big fan of the brand, and here again I'm not disappointed. Very pleasant navigation. Lots of applications loaded, I've got a bit of housekeeping to do but apart from that, it's a great device. Very pleased.

The camera I got back works perfectly. The battery is very good. There are no scratches on the screen. I really like the sound quality. Headphones and speakers. It is fast. After 2 updates. I'm on Android 14. I'm happy with it.

The device is in great condition, just as I expected. Quite a few apps in Japanese, a little tidying up to do. On the other hand, I can't connect to 5g even though I have a suitable package. Is this due to the fact that it wasn't originally designed for the UK market?

It's magnificent, and works perfectly well. The camera is great, and Sony has finally returned to the audio quality that made the excellent reputation of the "walkman" series (k and w) of the 2000s (Samsung had a head start) and of which I was a big fan = perfect!

Honestly I was about dubious about getting refurbished phone worried about battery and charging port and camera unit. I can confirm that this was scratch free the phone was brought in "good" condition and it is amazing so pleased has put me well at ease and will be using backmarket again. Thank you well impressed.
