I am very satisfied with this purchase. The device was indeed in perfect condition, both externally and operationally. The Sony looks good, isn't too bulky, is fast (there's enough RAM) and has a slot for an SD card, which I was interested in. It was delivered the day after I placed my order, which is really perfect.

I received my phone in very good condition, there's just one thing that's strange: when I wake up in the morning, the data doesn't work any more. I have to restart my phone to get Internet again, which happens about once every 24 hours, otherwise there's nothing else to report. the phone itself, the Xperia 10 V, is a little marvel of technology and very ergonomic. I don't mind restarting it once every 24 hours.

The phone was sent quickly and was in good condition as stated in the advert. The reason for the low score is that although it was an Xperia 10 V, the precise model is not indicated anywhere and I was very surprised to receive the SOG11 model initially intended for the Japanese market (the Xperia 10 V comes in 5 models, only 2 of which are intended for a non-Japanese market). As a result, it's impossible to configure the APN to European standards to obtain the 5G connection promised by the device, and it's also impossible to receive a call - the last straw for a phone. It is therefore important that refurbishers and BackMarket clearly indicate the model sold.

I would like to report a very bad experience with the delivery of my Back Market order. I don't understand how Back Market can still work with FedEx, their lack of professionalism is so obvious. FedEx announced a delivery three days in a row... which they never honoured. And when they finally decided to come, it was precisely the only time when I couldn't get away. This type of carrier clearly degrades the customer experience. For a reputable platform like Back Market, it really is time to take another look at your logistics partners. An order can be perfect, but if the delivery is catastrophic, so is the overall experience.
