I sent the phone back for a refund, but the reconditioner refused because the phone had a crack on the back which was already there when I received it the first time. I can understand that, but he refuses to even do the repairs. I wonder what the one year insurance is for. Received text from DPD advising delivery was due today (that was the 14th April). I wasn't in at the time. When I got home, no parcel. Link on DPD text said parcle was delivered with picture of parcel half in, half out of the letter box of my front door. But no parcel inside. Checked with neighbours this morning and parcel not left with them. Checked on same DPD text link to see what options I had. Now it says parcel is at their Chelmsford depot. No other info, so don't know if they are going to try to deliver again or if I'm expected to pick it up. Don't know what's is going on. Any ideas what I can do next?
