Unfortunately for those with macOs 10.0 and later devices it is not possible to download the official Sony photo editing app to pc and it is difficult to transfer images from SD card to pc. Try it with an SD card reader. Otherwise the product does not have a single scratch, arrived clean and perfectly packaged with all original sony parts.
