Very good order processing: packaging, protection, delivery time. I have nothing to complain about.
As for the product itself, I have mixed feelings about the condition advertised as 'as new' (or 'perfect condition'): the front lens was dirty, there was a scratch on the front ring at the base of the lens, and the strap was missing (on the other hand, a battery charger not originally available was supplied).
While I'm very happy with the camera itself, I think the condition should have been a notch down ("very good condition" instead of "perfect condition") and I should have paid a bit less for it.
