Sonos One (Gen 2) Speakers - Black

Instead of the Sonos One Gen 2 I ordered, I received a Sonos One SL Gen 1. Unfortunately, the voice control doesn't work and it's an older model. What's more, the condition description doesn't match: the device has visible scratches. The old product was simply delivered in Sonos One Gen 2 packaging.

Poor condition

The product has no original packaging, only bubble wrap, no instructions for use (very practical), power cable left on the product and therefore bent at the base. The wifi network of the reconditioner had not been removed, so very complicated to recognize my own wireless network. I would like to thank you for doing a factory setting before sending the products.
