My third order through Backmarket including a trade in, every experience has been super smooth and good value. When I got the Galaxy Tab A11, it was brand new! And at a fantastic price! I've sent the link to a friend for whom this would be ideal. Set up was easy and I was even able to transfer settings from my iPhone. I wanted this to use as an eReader and installed Libby, Kobo, Kindle and Play Books, between them there's loads of free books. I also installed a 256 Gb card as I'm old school and like having films, books and music offline. With a bit of research I worked out that a two finger upswipe gesture changes from colour to black and white display, a downswipe on the right displays a customisable panel that I've put the Comfort Shield button, and I can set most icons to monochrome for a minimalist look, Kobo and Kindle icons don't change though, a minor inconvenience. It's great for YouTube, email Facebook etc and if you pair it with a Bluetooth keyboard / keyboard case you can even do some work on the train without hogging all the space or lugging around a laptop. I use either WiFi or tether through my phone. It's a fabulous device for not a lot of money and so pleased I got it.

We just set it up today. Everything worked well, but we couldn't get the link with whatsapp to work :-((

This is the first time I have used this company and it wasnt a disappointment. From the time i ordered the Galaxy Tab A11 i was kept up to date with the whole process and although delivery was 1 day later than they anticipated they kept me informed all the time and even offered a refund if the item was delivered in a reasonable time. When the Tab arrived i was pleasantly surprised at the condition (immaculate) and the packaging was very good. All in all a definate 5 star experience for me

It literally comes all packaged like a brand new tablet, not a single mark and I didnt even opt for the top condition. Ive had it for 5/6 weeks and honestly its surpassed what I could have wanted! And for a portion of the price of a brand new one. If i didnt buy it I would have assumed it was brand new

Purchased a tablet for my daughter's 13th birthday. I paid for a Samsung A11 graded 'excellent'. When I received it it had been upgraded to a brand new tablet! What a lovely surprise. Very happy. Excellent service ✨. Thank you.

In perfect condition as advertised, like new. A little heavier than I thought with the addition of the protective case, but that's a matter of feeling and the weight is as advertised. No deception.
