The Shark IW3611EU is a really cool hoover. It vacuums super well and is really easy to use, even for in-between jobs. I like the fact that it is quite manoeuvrable and can get into hard-to-reach places. The accessories are practical for cleaning upholstery and corners. Overall, it makes cleaning much easier and is definitely worth the money. I can only recommend it!

The product is not faulty though! The hoover duct was completely blocked. Indicating that no repairs were made to the product and no tests were carried out after it was "put back into service" and before it was put back on sale. I'm happy with the item I've chosen, but I don't understand the tests that were used to put it back on sale, which casts doubt on the level of control exercised by Back Market.
