For the price I paid excellent watch all functions ok battery normal for a reconditioned product and obviously the dial was ruined but not the glass, I solved it by buying for 10 euro on amazon a dial cover to protect it now it looks really new consiglio nom expect a product in the original packaging with original strap and not ruined you are always buying a reconditioned product cmq tested and working

Positive: The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro I ordered arrived in almost new condition - hardly any visible scratches, technically flawless. Functions such as ECG, music, Bluetooth, fitness and battery performance are excellent. Absolutely worth it for the price! Negative: Shipping with FedEx was disappointing: On the first delivery attempt, they claimed I wasn't at home - yet I was there. They only took a photo of the doorbell. On the second attempt, I was notified, but the parcel was left with a neighbour who lives two streets away - that's not ideal. In addition, the option to change the delivery was visible in the FedEx shipment tracking, but each time I clicked on it, only the message appeared: "Delivery options cannot be retrieved at this time. Please try again later." Conclusion: The watch and the retailer Bafobu are absolutely recommendable - product condition, function and price are right. Only the shipping with FedEx could be improved.
