I can't fault the service from Back Market, but the battery power is this watch is shocking from full charge it doesn't last 24 hours, this is a big let down.

I'm a very satisfied returning customer. I've bought 3 phones so far and they have all been like new, and now this absolutely beautiful watch which came in original packaging and looks like brand new. I would guess the watch has never been worn. one very small negative, the seller forget to include the charger, but this was sorted quickly via the backmarket app.

Excellent transaction. The shop sent me a new product to compensate for the out-of-stock reconditioned product. The watch is perfect. Very pleased!

Disappointed the product was dirty as well as the bracelet, the outline of the screen has chips which does not prevent its use, moreover the product is delivered without means of charging which is not indicated in the presentation of the watch. Disappointed for the price.....
