Phone is perfect, literally as new aside from barely visable surface scratches on the back which doesnt matter at all with a cover on. Even with the cover off you have to look for the marks. Phone works perfect. Delighted with the purchase.

Ordering and delivery very good. Phone looks like new and working very well. Only worry is it keeps dropping service provider. I never had that problem before.

HORRIBLE. bought a phone from them. 3 months later it broke (no mobile data, no longer charging) when i contacted them they said the phone was 'excluded from warranty' but gave ZERO DETAILS WHY. Refused to repair, replace or refund. Offered me a 5% discount on buying another one of their sh*t phones. Cannot reccommend - buy with someone who will actually solve your issue, it will not be Backmarket. So much stress, so much wasted time. totally useless. Buy somewhere else.
