Erreur de produit lors de l'envoi, j'ai commandé un galaxy s21 256 GO et reçu un S21FE 128 GO. Après demande au service client (qui par ailleurs est très réactif), le vendeur "plusdepc" me propose un remboursement de 150€. Or, la valeur du téléphone acheté étant de 700€ et celle du téléphone reçu de 490, je demande en retour 200€ au vendeur, plusdepc. Demande refusée, remboursement de 150€ uniquement, donc une perte de 50€ en plus du désagrément occasionné. Même si le téléphone reçu est en bon état, il aurait été de bon ton, n'étant pas à l'origine de l'erreur, de ramener le montant payé à celui d'un téléphone de même gamme, et non de finalement faire payer plus cher au client un téléphone "subi". Je vous invite à bien regarder via l'IMEI de votre téléphone le modèle que vous avez reçu et de le renvoyer si erreur, les remboursements effectués en cas de problème n'étant pas à la hauteur de la réputation du site "backmarket"

Das war schon ein weiterer Handy, die ich bei BackMarket gekauft habe. Wie immer der Service, Qualität und Zustand des Handys Top. Ein Wermutstropfen: Das erste mal Versicherung dazu gekauft, es wird auch mit einem Gutschein für Handyhülle beworben. Gutschein erhalten, leider keine passende Hülle für gekauftes Galaxy S21 von KPMA. Was nutzt mir also der Gutschein?

Pour l’instant rien à dire il fonctionne très bien. J’adore les couleurs. Un petit bémol sur la coque arrière qui fait vraiment plastique bas de gamme. J’ai pris un très bon état et j’avoue c’est bluffant on dirait un neuf. Reçu très très vite.

marques d'usures extérieure bien présentes et visible sur la tranche haute de l'appareil (mais recouvert par la coque). bonne autonomie et fonctionne à merveille. Pas de chargeur dans la boite, mais seulement un cable usb-C/usb-C Service très bien, colis arrivé un jour avant arrivée prévue Merci !
