Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'achète sur Backmarket et c'est la première fois que je suis mitigée alors que j'ai toujours été satisfaite de mes achats jusque-là. En ce qui concerne la livraison, RAS. J'ai reçu le téléphone rapidement et il était bien emballé. En soi, le téléphone fonctionne bien dans l'ensemble, mais il y a certaines choses qui ne vont pas: -quand je branche mon chargeur, le fil ne s'emboîte pas bien, il bouge, voire tombe si je le manipule lorsqu'il est branché (et cela n'est pas dû au fil car le problème est le même avec différents chargeurs). -L'écran tactile a une grosse perte de sensibilité en bas de l'écran. C'est d'autant plus gênant qu'il s'agit de la partie que l'on utilise le plus dans un écran tactile. Résultat: je suis parfois obligée de taper 3 fois sur la même lettre lorsque j'écris un message... -la batterie a déjà bien vécue. j'ai conscience qu'il s'agit d'un reconditionné et que la batterie que j'ai reçu a encore de beaux mois devant elle, mais sur un autre modèle samsung que j'avais acheté il y a quelques années, le reconditionneur avait ajouté une batterie neuve en plus de la batterie d'origine afin que je puisse la changer quand la première s ...

Téléphone en bon état, fonctionnel, solide au top pour téléphoner. IL est toutefois un peu lent et la mémoire est trop petite pour installer des applications. Acheté pour un adolescent, il conviendra bien pour un premier téléphone
