Phone is nice light have all languages battery life is bad but still ok

I spent 4 hours trying to contact someone at Backmarket with no response. Whether it was customer service by phone (no answer) or their chat (no response in 5 hours, chat still open and waiting...). In short, the phone I received is in good condition externally, but it heats up, it's slow, and it's impossible to make calls with it... Truly, truly disappointed by Backmarket's complete lack of response. (By the way, avoid displaying "express replacements" on your site if this option isn't available...)

I already had this model, which is why I wanted to get the same one. Except that when I wanted to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one, the latter hadn't been updated and the data transfer was more complicated than expected, forcing me to go to Orange to spend €39 on assistance.

Battery only lasts a day (no games, music or films). I have to change it. What's the point of selling a (reconditioned) mobile phone in these conditions? Why not change it straight away, even if it costs more to buy? Now I have to find a battery and dismantle the phone, with all the complications and breakages that can entail.
