Phone is nice light have all languages battery life is bad but still ok

Battery only lasts a day (no games, music or films). I have to change it. What's the point of selling a (reconditioned) mobile phone in these conditions? Why not change it straight away, even if it costs more to buy? Now I have to find a battery and dismantle the phone, with all the complications and breakages that can entail.

I already had this model, which is why I wanted to get the same one. Except that when I wanted to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one, the latter hadn't been updated and the data transfer was more complicated than expected, forcing me to go to Orange to spend €39 on assistance.

bonjour voilà j'ai acheté un samsung s8+ y va nickel mes y a deux problèmes. j'ai l'écran qui s'enlève hors que ca fait même pas une semaine, j'ai un bouton sur le cote qui s'enlève et le téléphone chauve. jme dit aller pour une fois je prend un reconditionné et jme fait avoir. pourquoi je ne le renvoie pas car j'ai pas de téléphone de secours...

The Samsung S8 smartphone has several problems. I switched it on and couldn’t switch it off. I had to wait four hours for it to switch itself off. This morning I tried to switch it back on by pressing the power button. I couldn’t switch it back on. The button isn’t working. Given these problems, I’d rather return it and get a refund.

The device itself is very good for the use I put it to. It's a device I know well, so, no worries. 😁
