Hello Back Market Team, I am very happy with the phone itself, it looks like new, and also the setup was no problem, as I have been using Samsung smartphones for a long time. Unfortunately, I'm not a technology expert, because a big problem arose for me: I can't install important apps! Supposedly, this model is not compatible with the corresponding apps.... I'm very surprised because my previous phone was exactly the same model and the one before that too! This is my third Galaxy S7 edge and I have never had this problem before. I have tried various methods of fixing it that can be found on the net without success. Is there a solution? I was very pleased with this last order, I did well to insist because this smartphone is in perfect condition with a very correct battery: 88% of its theoretical capacity while the previous one sent back was barely at 61%, even though it was bought at a higher price with a supposedly "very good" condition. The last 3 smartphones I ordered recently had to be sent back, one didn't work at all and the battery almost caught fire, the second one didn't read the SD card and the third one had the wrong battery.
